  • Monthly commitment. After 1 month commitment, you can stop whenever you are ready
     

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

  • 1 hour sessions

  • In- person training to learn proper technique and how to build a program based on your specific goals

  • Includes nutrition guide with grocery list

  • Learn new, progressive movements each week

  • Access to a small, private gym
