Hi guys, my name is Kristin Padilla, certified personal trainer/fitness coach and founder of C.H.I.C.K. Fitness and Health.
For years, I played multiple sports including track, tae-kwon-do (fun fact: I'm a first degree black belt), cheerleading, and dance and have learned the importance of both staying active and having a great coach. However, after high school all of my physical activity came to a halt.
While in college getting my bachelors degree in Psychology, I fell in love with the gym and how strength training made me feel! Although my plan was to go straight into medical school, after years of shadowing doctors in various specialties I understood the importance of the prevention of chronic diseases and helping my community now!
